My professional experience spans business and project management, customer service, compliance, and operational leadership. As Operations Director at B&E Complete Property Services and the owner of Lillie's Party Experience, I work where strategy meets execution—leading people, coordinating moving parts, and building systems that support the work.
That experience shapes my approach to coaching: clear direction, thoughtful accountability, and practical next steps. I believe your ambition deserves a strong foundation—and a business that supports the life you are building.

With more than 10 years as a track and field coach, I've helped young athletes develop discipline, confidence, and belief in their own potential. Coaching is a passion that keeps me connected to my community and reminds me how much growth begins with someone who sees what is possible.
I also served 10 years in the Army National Guard— an experience that shaped my commitment to service, resilience, and leading with accountability.
Most of all, I love being a mom. Motherhood is my most rewarding role, and it keeps me grounded in what matters: building a meaningful life while making room for the people I love.
