Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Describe what's happening and what you want to accomplish. We'll identify a suitable starting point together.
Is support virtual or in person?
Virtual is our primary option, and all Clarity Calls are virtual. In-person sessions are available by appointment, depending on location. In-person sessions are a 60-minute minimum, and travel expenses may apply outside our service area.
What's the difference between a Clarity Call and a consultation?
A Clarity Call is a paid, focused coaching conversation about one immediate business question, challenge, or decision. A consultation is for discussing larger projects, ongoing coaching, or additional business support.
Can you help build the systems?
Yes. Project support can include organizing tools, documenting procedures, and developing workflows. We agree on what each of us handles before starting.
How much does deeper support cost?
Pricing depends on your scope and level of support. See starting points on the Services page, or request a consultation so we can discuss your needs before quoting the work.
Do I have to be a mom?
No. Lillie's Business Solutions welcomes small business owners and entrepreneurs. Mom entrepreneurs also have dedicated resources and support.
