Which session should I choose?
One focused question: 15 minutes. One challenge you need to talk through: 30 minutes. Priorities or a plan: a 60-minute Strategy Session. A bigger challenge or several connected issues: a 90-minute Intensive.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, for Strategy Sessions and Intensives, by appointment and depending on location. In-person sessions are a 60-minute minimum, and travel expenses may apply outside our service area.
Will you do the work for me?
It depends on the service. Coaching guides your decisions and actions. Project support can include creating agreed tools or documentation. You stay involved by sharing business information, reviewing the work, and using the finished process.
Do I need to buy new software?
We start with the tools and processes you already use. If a new tool is relevant, its purpose, cost, and setup are discussed before it's added.
What if I need help in more than one area?
That's common. Complete the Business Discovery Form, and we'll identify where to start. Support can combine coaching and project work when the scope calls for it.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the work and on how quickly information and feedback come in. We agree on a timeline when the scope is set.
